The first step to creating successful home ownership is education. Several local professionals share their secrets to help you become a better saver, and make home ownership happen for you and your family.
When you successfully complete this course you will be awarded a HUD Class Participation Certificate. This certificate is required for many down payment assistance programs and other lending programs designed for first-time homebuyers.
Once certified, always certified. There is no expiration on this certificate. Get certified while you plan for your future.
The Bitterroot RC&D is committed to our community. We are proud to make this Workshop available to everyone. We believe that through education we can strengthen our traditional families, our single parent households and our youth. Let us share with you how to plan your financial future, clean up your credit and grab hold of the dream of home ownership.
